Welcome to Say What Pics ("the App"), operated by Zero Equals Zero LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
You may use the App as a guest or sign in with Apple or Google. When you sign in, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Guest accounts have limited functionality and data that may be lost if the app is uninstalled.
The App uses a virtual token system. Tokens are required to generate AI portraits ("Readings") and remixes. You receive 50 free tokens upon account creation. Additional tokens can be earned through sharing, watching reward videos, or purchasing products. Tokens can also be purchased directly through in-app purchases.
Token packs may be purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All purchases are processed by the respective platform and are subject to their terms and refund policies. Prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.
The App uses artificial intelligence (powered by Premium Art Models) to generate artistic pet portraits and thought bubble text based on photos you upload. You acknowledge that:
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it through our AI systems solely for the purpose of generating your portrait. Photos are used only for generation and are not shared publicly.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right and ownership of, or permission to use, any photos you upload to the App. By uploading a photo, you represent and warrant that you own the image or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and consents to use it. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zero Equals Zero LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your upload of any image that infringes upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of a third party. Zero Equals Zero LLC assumes no liability for the content of user-uploaded images.
AI-generated portraits created through the App are yours to use for personal purposes, including sharing on social media and ordering merchandise. You may not use generated content for any unlawful, defamatory, or harmful purpose.
The App allows you to order physical merchandise (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Mugs, Tote Bags, Canvas Prints, Blankets) featuring your generated portraits. Merchandise is produced and fulfilled by our third-party print-on-demand partner (Printify). By placing an order, you acknowledge that:
Merchandise payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. All payment data is handled in accordance with PCI-DSS standards by our payment processor.
Unpurchased creations (portraits that have not been used to order merchandise) are automatically deleted after 90 days. Creations associated with a merchandise order are retained indefinitely. You may delete all your data at any time through the Settings screen in the App.

The App, including its design, code, branding, and underlying technology, is the property of Zero Equals Zero LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App without our written permission.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZERO EQUALS ZERO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zero Equals Zero LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the App's Settings screen.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and may notify you through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
