Zero Equals Zero LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates Say What Pics ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive:

• Display name (if provided by your sign-in provider)
• Email address (may be a private relay address if you use Sign in with Apple's email hiding feature)
• Unique user identifier from your authentication provider

If you use the App as a guest, we create an anonymous account with no personal information.

Photos

When you generate a portrait, we temporarily process the photo you upload. Photos are sent to our AI service provider for portrait generation and are not stored permanently on our servers after processing.

Generated Content

AI-generated portraits and associated thought bubble text are stored in your account so you can view, share, and order products from them.

Order Information

When you order merchandise, we collect your shipping address and process payment through our payment provider. We do not store your credit card number.

Device and Usage Information

We may collect basic analytics data including device type, operating system, app version, and general usage patterns to improve the App experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the App's core functionality (portrait generation, account management)
• Process merchandise orders and coordinate fulfillment
• Track your token balance and transaction history
• Send push notifications (re-engagement reminders, order updates) if you have opted in
• Improve and optimize the App's performance and user experience
• Respond to support requests

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the App:

• Google — Authentication, database, cloud storage, cloud functions, and hosting. Privacy Policy
• Premium Art Models — AI portrait generation and thought bubble text. Photos are sent to our AI service provider's API for processing.
• RevenueCat — In-app purchase management and receipt validation. RevenueCat Privacy Policy

4. Data Retention

• Unpurchased creations are automatically deleted after 90 days.
• Purchased creations (associated with a merchandise order) are retained indefinitely.
• Account data is retained until you delete your account.
• Order records are retained for legal and business purposes.

5. Data Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time by going to Settings > Delete My Data in the App. This permanently removes your account, all creations, and all associated data from our systems. This action cannot be undone.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the third-party services listed above, solely as needed to operate the App. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication through Firebase Auth, and secure payment processing through Stripe. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (available in the App's Settings)
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Data portability

10. Push Notifications

The App may send push notifications for re-engagement reminders and token balance alerts. You can disable notifications at any time through your device's system settings.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
